We went up again tonight after work. The second floor appears to be completely framed, the basement steps were put in, the portico was started, and the roof trusses were delivered today. Pictures in the morning. Below are photos I took this morning of work they completed yesterday.

Before work this morning I noticed that it was daylight so I got a couple of shots of what they did yesterday. Last night, we went back up with the flashlight and walked up the staircase without any guard rail, over an open hole to the basement, to a second floor only partially built. Hopefully, we will have daylight again tomorrow morning and I'll get a few more shots of that. Below are the shots from this morning.

Today is was dark when I got home so there are no pictures to share today. We did go up with a flashlight to see what was done today. WOW! Was I ever impressed. It was also kind of fun walking through all of the rooms to see how everything is in reality and no longer just as a blueprint. Some rooms are larger than I imagined, others smaller. It was quite a labyrinth. Did I mention that ALL of the interior first floor walls and the second floor floor joists are up.

The weather was perfect today and is supposed to be so all week. I'm thinking we may have the framing done before Thanksgiving.
